Arfabi Artisan's Hub acts solely as a connecting marketplace platform enabling customers to discover, schedule, and hire independent service providers and skilled artisans. We facilitate initial contact, booking scheduling, and rating exchanges.
Artisans and service providers agreeing to offer services on Arfabi warrant that all information submitted during account registration and verification is accurate, truthful, and non-misleading. Providers must maintain required licenses and professional standards.
Appointments booked through the platform are executed between the customer and provider directly. Customers hold responsibility for inspecting completed work before marking bookings as completed on the platform.
Reviews submitted following service completion must reflect honest, authentic personal experiences. Malicious or fraudulent feedback is strictly prohibited and subject to account suspension.
